Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, your sports item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • With original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Note: Used or worn sports items (e.g., shoes, equipment) will not be accepted.


How to Start a Return

Contact us to initiate a request:

If approved, we will provide return instructions and details for sending the product back.

⚠️ Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos:

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used sports items
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges & Replacements

  1. Request an exchange or replacement by contacting us
  2. Once approved, your replacement will be delivered within 7 days
  3. For exchanges, once your return is approved, place a new order

Refunds

We do not provide cash refunds. Only exchanges and replacements are offered. If a refund is exceptionally approved, it will be processed within 48 hours to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to reflect it.
